Council has received a Development Application from Health Infrastructure relating to Temora Hospital Redevelopment - Remediation of Site.
Please note: This application is to seek Council approval for the proposed site remediation following an investigation of site contamination at the Temora Hospital site.
The application for the proposed demolition and construction of a new Temora Hospital is a separate approval process, overseen by the NSW Government, not Temora Shire Council.
This development will be advertised on Council's website until 3pm Monday 10th March 2025. A hard copy will be able to be viewed, upon request, during Council business hours.
This application is required to be determined first, before the NSW Government can assess a future application for Hospital demolition and construction. Temora Shire Council is not the approval authority for this future application, but will be consulted at the appropriate time, alongside the community.
