Vehicle Damage Claims

If your vehicle or other property has been damaged due to the condition of a public road within Temora Shire, you may be eligible to claim the repair costs.

If you would like to make a claim, you should submit a claim form for review by the respective road authority (listed below):

State Roads

Goldfields Way (including Hoskins Street) & Burley Griffin Way (including Victoria Street)

Claims to be lodged to Transport for NSW (TfNSW) via their website: https://www.service.nsw.gov.au/transaction/lodge-a-public-liability-claim-with-transport-for-nsw

Local/Regional Roads

All roads (excluding State Roads)

Claims to be lodged through submission of the Public Liability Claim Form to Temora Shire Council:
