Provide clients with quality service to enhance their independence and enable them to remain in their own homes within the community. Services must meet the Commonwealth Home Support Program guidelines, Transport for NSW, along with Aged Care Quality Standards and all relevant legislative requirements.
The position:
- Coordinate the agreed areas of the Commonwealth Home Support Program
- Develop a service profile within the budget constraints of each project
- Maintain client data and compile statistical information and reporting
- Supervise staff including volunteers including rostering, recruitment, performance monitoring and delegation of duties
Benefits:
- Grade 6: $68,816 to $77,454 p.a.

This position is a fixed term contract up to October 2025.
Application requirements:
- Certificate level IV or above in Aged and/or Disability Services or relevant discipline and relevant experience in Community Services (approximately 3 years) or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in staff management, including recruitment, training and support
- Effective communication skills
- Statistical information collection, analysis and report writing
- Understand WH&S systems, including risk analysis
- Demonstrated computer proficiency and experience in software systems
- Capacity to meet Government requirements relating to criminal checks
- NDIS Worker Screening clearance, unrestricted drivers’ licence are requirements for this position.
