WINNING & GRAVEL CRUSHING TENDER

CONTRACT NO. GC001/2023-24

 

Tenders are invited for production of gravel from Temora Shire Council’s gravel quarries suitable for use in road maintenance and construction projects over a two-year period from 1st July, 2023 to 30th June, 2025.

With the possibility of a further one-year contract extension to 30th June 2026.

Works include tender submission requests across four (4) parts.

  • Winning of natural gravel at Council’s Class B quarries
  • Winning and Crushing of natural gravel at Council’s Class B quarries
  • Winning and Crushing of natural gravel at Council’s Class A quarries
  • Winning of Gravel by means of blasting & crushing of gravel at Council’s Class A quarries

The tender can be viewed by registering as a supplier of council in VendorPanel https://www.temora.nsw.gov.au/Jobs-and-Procurement/VendorPanel  and submitting an electronic tender response within VendorPanel (Preferred). Alternatively, a copy of tender documents can be obtained by contacting Councils Engineering Department on (02) 6980 1100 (Option #1), with a formal tender box lodgement process available.
