What’s New in the CES?
- Feedback Process on Engagement Outcomes:
- Publish public summary reports.
- Host regular community feedback forums.
- Share decisions influenced by community input via newsletters, social media, and email updates.
- Establish a public engagement register.
- Engagement Success Evaluation Process:
- Implement a framework with measurable KPIs.
- Conduct post-engagement surveys.
- Perform annual reviews, with results published in Council’s annual report.
