Hold an Event in the Temora Shire

Events at Council facilities

To hold an event using Council venues, facilities, &/or property you must follow the below steps.

1. Please read and follow the Event Application Supporting Document(PDF, 165KB) prior to completing the Event Application Form
2. Complete an online Event Application Form here
3. If you intent to close a road, complete:
   • Complete a Road Closure Application Form here
   • A Notice of Intention to Hold a Public Assembly form  and send to
     •  Highway Patrol, Paul Kemp: kemp1pau@police.nsw.gov.au
     • Local Police, Inspector Justin Falkiner – falk1jus@police.nsw.gov.au

4. If the event is public and likely to attract people to the Temora Shire, it can be added free of charge to the shire's calendar of events on temora.com.au. To have your event listed email your event to communications@temora.nsw.gov.au
