Each of the weekly teams also has a volunteer mentor from the community. Each mentor holds a current Working With Children Check.
The vision of the Temora Youth Team is to create partnerships with the community that add value both to the young people of our shire, and also the community at large.
We are building multiple teams of young people who share a common interest and empowering them to build good will with individuals/organisations/businesses that may be able to sponsor, share skills, wisdom, knowledge, or resources that support their endeavours.
If you have an event or opportunity you would like to share with the Youth Team we encourage you to fill out an application form which outlines what you need, and also what wisdom/skills/rewards you can offer the Youth Teams who support you.
