Aviation Estate

The Temora Shire Council some years ago developed an aviation estate adjacent to the connecting with the operations of the airport.
This estate allowed purchasers of the blocks to have hangers and taxi directly onto the main runways and in some instances have a house as well as a hanger on the block, which had access from both road and taxiway.
The success of Stage One of the Temora Aviation Estate, resulted in a sellout within a short period. Subsequently the Temora Shire Council are developing stages two and three providing development of residential aviation, sport and recreational aviation and its service industries along with supporting operations of accommodation, flying schools and ancillary services.
