Industrial Serviced Land

Council has a fully serviced industrial subdivision situated on the eastern entrance to Temora. (Canberra, Sydney entrance) This land can be further subdivided into any size to cater for the individual requirements of each business. Services available include water, sewerage, natural gas, electricity and telephone.
The prices per square metre are currently as follows:
- Zone A (Frontage on to State Highway) $ 16.00
- Zone B (Frontage on Waratah St) $ 10.50
- Zone C All other Land $ 9.00
Council Incentives Available
Council offers incentives to businesses deciding to establish or relocate to the Industrial Subdivision. These incentives are provided on the basis that the business is contributing to Temora Shire Council's economic development and is providing employment opportunities to residents of Temora Shire Council. The extent of the incentive will vary according to the size of the development and the number of people employed.
Base level incentives are as follows:
- Interest free terms on the cost of land over a period of up to 3 years.
- Site earthworks where necessary can be charged at cost and also included in interest free terms above.
